Just checked ... for grossa vs magna the difference basically comes down to: black calyptrae = grossa OR white/yellow calyptrae = magna ... I think the fly in your photos has black

Hi, i saw pics of T. magna and i saw it more reddish but i didn´t want to confirm species ignoring how keys really differ them, intraespecific variability has confused me before and i don´t trust my "bare eye's opinion" but keys/descriptions Thanks again |
