Hello all, I think this fly is lonchopteridae. If so, is it possible to get to species level? Pic taken in Hasselt 27-08-2010. Thanks!

this is Lonchoptera bifurcata female - these are very nearly always female, with a female to to male ratio in the region of 10,000 - 1.
