 Very small Dolichopodidae (?) Hungary

Hello to All, today I took photos of a really small long-legged fly in Hungary, next to the river Danube. Their size was about 2 mm and they were splendid greenish blue. They were flying above and sitting on the wet sand. Am I right it is a Dolichopodidae? Which genus it could be? Click on the images!    Thank you, Nikola |
