It's a dexiine tachinid - possibly Dinera or Billaea but not sure which 
Manager of the UK Species Inventory in the Angela Marmont Centre for UK Biodiversity at the Natural History Museum, London. |

Another female Dinera ferina (long arista hairs, no discal bristles, only few parafacial bristles, face profile, 4dc, and no other options in Finland..).
