Small (Sarcophagid?) from Hungary

 Hello!

This fly invited the blossoms of carrot in my garden, Hungary. Around 5-7 mm long. What is it?

 I know that it is not a good picture, the wing venation is not visible because of flash but I would like to be aware of at least the family level, if possible. Thank you.
