Can someone confirm/correct the family and suggest a genus or even a species for this little black fly (6 mm) with dark wings, my garden, Kapellen, Belgium? More pictures and specimen available if needed. Thanks in advance. PS: I took a look through the Gallery and I think it looks like Periscepsia...
