Looks like one of the variations of S.calida (f) that I saw last year.

I think it's S. litorea (abdomen shape suggests a male, dificult to see ?). If it do is a male, this is definitely S. litorea (hind tibia with strong bristles and not with dense hairs). If it is a female, it should be S. litorea too, because acrostichals rows are not so close to each other and I think I can see a pd on hind femur (first picture).

I was going by the Bristles of the hind and fore femora, as mentioned in Stuart Ball's (as yet) unpublished key to Scathophagidae.

stercoraria is not the only Scathophaga with black antenna, one also needs to check for the pubescent arista and the fine hairs on the pteropleuron.

Also, and usually easier to see on a picture, the conspicuous acrostichals rows and the undarkened r-m crossvein can rule out S. stercoraria.
