Anthomyiidae (?) from Belgium

This brave little fly landed on my leg as I was sitting in my garden, Kapellen, Belgium. Looks a bit like Anthomyiidae, but I'm not sure at all. More pictures and specimen available if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
