Maybe 2-3mm at most, this one was seen in my garden yesterday. Only got a couple of similar looking photo's before it disappeared. Got a distinctive back end....anyone know it?

Black pterostigma, reduced wing venation, general "jizz": I would say, Braconidae. But I am no expert...

Hi Juergen...kinda thought it might be one of those myself Frown, still they reckon there are only 150,000 or so species...how hard can it be....Frown one for the recycle bin or the great unknowns heap.
