Tachinidae?

Appears to have a substantial subscutellum so presumably a Tachinidae and not Phyto (although it does look a lot like one). If Tachinidae it keys out in Belshaw as Microsoma exiguum, which has orange palps and antenna 3, also slightly different venation. Microsoma exiguum is about 2mm long so it isn't one of those My guess would be that it's a rhinophorid again ... the subscutellum looks a bit weedy to me - and might not be completely rounded.
