Muscid or Anthomyiid ?

My first impression of this was that it was an anthomyiid but vein 6 doesn't reach the wing margin & is the same length as vein 7, and there are no crossed bristles on the frons ( not even when looked at with x40) so I think it must be a muscid. Should be Thricops nigrifrons/longipes : there must be some smal setulae behind the hind coxa (on inner ridge). Then arista should be plumose...
