Looks more like an Exorista sp. - bare eyes, shadow fold on the median vein and pale yellow dusting on the face

If it is an Exorista (and I'd be surprised if it wasn't) then it belongs to the "Exorista rustica group" with 3 post-sutural dc. Phryxe spp. have hairy eyes and lots of other features that conflict with this photo
