 Small metallic blue fly from woodland edge. Because of upward curved M1 I wondered whether this belonged to morellia. Curve doesn't seem acute enough for neomyia.

 I think you're right Stephen. I always think of them as being green but I believe E.cyanicolor ( which this would be as it has bare eyes ) is blue.
