Muscid with all orange scutellum

 From woodland ride. WL about 8mm. I think it's a muscid although I'm not sue how you distinguish from fannia without a clear view of the vein A1.
I can't see a pd seta so I don't think it's a phaonia. Eyes haired & aristae have fairly long hairs.
