Thanks a lot Black, you must be right. I found photos of Stilobezzia on the net that look similar to this one, can it be this genus? |

Probably Stilobezzia. Wings and claws are consistent and no other genus of Ceratopogonidae contains species that normally perch with wings spread. I don't know how to identify European species. |
