Fly on dead alpine newt (2 pics)

Hello to all! I'm not quite sure whether it's the same fly on both pics, but it looks like. The background is Triturus alpestris (2 different ones, but close together), in a not very good condition. Size (of the fly, of course) approx. 10mm 5.6.2010, Austria, Salzburger Land, Alps of Berchtesgaden, Reiter Alm, about 1570m asl.
