Found this nice looking fly at Scatsta Airport a few weeks ago. Body size ~12mm-ish.

Since the presence of stigma seems to be just an annoying artefact, I'd vote for Dicranota (Ludicia) lucidipennis (by the way, described from the UK): supernumerary crossvein in cell R1 absent, cell D present, anal angle in wings distinct, yellow bases of femora. |
