This 4 mm fly was shot on the riverbanks of La Seine, near Paris, France, June 06 2010. Is it a Tachinid one ? there was no sun at all and it flew away before i could put on the flash ... pat_der2003 attached the following image: ![]() [116.26Kb] Edited by pat_der2003 on 16-06-2010 21:14 |

I don't think so - it looks like a muscid - change the title to attract the other experts
