This 4 mm fly was shot on the riverbanks of La Seine, near Paris, France, June 06 2010.

Is it a Tachinid one ?

there was no sun at all and it flew away before i could put on the flash ...

I don't think so - it looks like a muscid - change the title to attract the other experts Smile
