 Male Polietes lardarius : posterior crossvein (DM-Cu) is very slanted, almost parallel to wing margin (to differentiate Polietes lardarius/meridionalis from similar Phaonia).

 Ha! I was going to post a female later that I thought might be a Polietes or Phaonia tuguriorum...
