Tabanidae - Hybomitra distinguenda?

I expect this is distinguenda but I am having difficulty keying it using Stubbs & Drake - can't quite be sure about the length of hairs on mid tibia, eye facets appear to be equal sized, eyes and palpi seem pale haired - help please.

The upper facets are clearly enlarged.

I'd say distinguenda is a splendid ID
