photo taken: East Bohemia, CZ, 28th of May. This very tiny (1,5-2 mm) yellow fly was rapidly running (similarly as Phorids do) on the leaves. I apologize for bad quality of this photo: poor light conditions, very fidgety fly and big magnifi- cation of subject due to cropping. Thank to all you can tell me real family and name of this fly!!
