can anyone suggest a species this Tabanidae?
I take the photo on 2.5.2010 Vaasa Finland.

Hi Pentti,

Are you very sure the last pic is the same individual ?
In the first one, the notopleural lobe is clearly orange, the last it is dark ??

Anyhow, from what I see and the time of year I'd say female Hybomitra nitidifrons.

Ymmärsin mitä hän tarkoitti kun käytin Google translatoria,
tämä on ainoa kuvaamani paarma.
Photosop tekee eri kuvista joskus tukkoisempia.
Laitoin siksi kellonajat jolloin ne on kuvattu.
Tarkoitus olisi vielä kuvata lisää paarmoja kun ne ilmestyy.
