Hi, this may be a Minettia... 3 mms long. Any ideas?

According to FaunaEuropaea and my key from Papp, from 1979 it is a new species to Hungary! Papp writes it is a really rare species.

This would be the second new species to the fauna of Hungary which I found in our street while walking my dog! Good that he remained calm as I caught this lauxaniid. (The other was Leucopis palumbi last year).
