Can someone tell which little fly this can be.

You were mistaken not only in the genus, but even in the family Wink. (Which in this case happens easily, don't worry.)

I know the species as Trypetoptera punctulata!
Is Tephritomyia a new one for this speciesor are you using an old name?

sorry that was a typo, indeed, Trypetoptera punctulata. Mea culpa!

Tephritomyia is merely a mediterranean tephritid genus
