Needs a bit more detail really - could be Phyllomya or even Mintho but more angles and more light would be useful Smile

I can't get better photos, but this specimen is in alchool as well as the other.

Great Grin After a bit of PhotoShop-ing it looks more like Phyllomya to me but I think it needs keying from your part of Europe, because many species are possible Smile
