Hi, Yesterday I met this Therevid, possibly Thereva. It resembles T. nobilitata, but is it one? Usually this species has a lot of brown-golden hair on the thorax and no such distint stripes. Help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Sundew Sundew attached the following image: ![]() [184.75Kb] |

nobilitata is not possible in May, moreover, the thorax is strongly vittate. First options are either plebeja or strigata, two very similar species. Theo |
