I have looked for this fly here on the gallery, but only Liopiophila varipes was found that is similar to my fly. My insect was about 3 mm long with wings. The well-marked difference is my fly's head: it's completely yellowish:

Btw which is the valid name: Prochyliza or Liopiophila?

Thanks: Nikola Rahmé

Not Piophilidae, Agromyzidae more likely.
Stephane.
