Hmm, how big is it? That deep gena, wide frons and thickened arista must be very distinctive The one that comes to mind is Bothria frontosa but it's just a wild guess.

This is small, Actia or Ceranthia size. Bothria is a lot larger. Jari |

Very odd, it just doesn't look like any siphoniine - no hairs of r4+5, hairy eyes etc. I am just wondering if it is an unusually small example of something that is usually bigger.
