Diptera from Hungary --> Chyliza sp. Psilidae

Hello! This is a rather small fly (~5-7mm) unknown for me. I have spotted it amongst dense and shady patches of vegetation - mainly Urtica, Sambucus ebulus, Symphytum officinale etc.- in Bakony Hills Hungary. Perhaps a freshly emerged specimen.
