I'm fairly sure this is Macquartia dispar but would appreciate confirmation if possible.

another angle, pre-alar bristle a little hard to make out but seems not too long.

dispar and viridana are extremely similar in the female sexe, but I don't expect viridana this late in England.

Moreover, it is extremely rare (more in mountains)
