Is this fly a muscid or are the wing veins not quite right...? And what genus/ species if possible to say..

Wrong wing venation for Muscidae : this is a male Cheilosia albitarsis/ranunculi in Syrphidae.

OK, many thanks for this ID. The range of Syrphidae shapes and forms I'm getting to know is growing....
