This spider was about 3-4 mm on cliffs with Calluna vulgaris and Empetrum nigrum. Any suggestion of genus and species much appreciated.

I have searched for pictures of these suggestions on the web but unfortunately did not find any looking like this one.

When you saw it in the Netherlands, I would say Pseudeuophrys lanigera.

In Sweden we have lanigera (with two findings about 900 km south of my place.
Also erratica with findings obut 300 km south of me.
