Haven't seen this one in my garden before About 11mm body length. Taken today South Coast UK. Any ideas ? Thanks Brian V. |

Didea fasciata, male. The end of the haltere is pale, which is a distinguishing feature of this species. The other species (at least in Britain) have a dark club.
