 Hi,
Yesterday I came across a midge that I first considered a mini Tipulid until I saw the fringed wings and their peculiar venation. Is this perhaps a Chaoborid? If so, I would have found a new (to me) fly family and I had to celebrate this day! So please help with identifying.
