The photo was taken: 3rd of April, 2010, wet soil, East Bohemia, CZ
Is this fly really the species of Anthomyiidae? What genus?

It seems to have 4 dorso centrals ...
So must be Egle ciliata / brevicornis female, but the acrostichals are small and not broad (strange)
I will look into it again....

Joke,
what are then the following flies? I have always been convinced that Egle ciliata f looks like the
specimen seen on the first photo and moreover what are the two ones (second and third)?
Thank for the ressolving this problem.

I made a mistake about the acrostichals....they are alright Grin
They are all Egle species.
But if they are Egle ciliata or Egle brevicornis (the only two species with 4 dc on thorax).....i can't tell
They are very simular.
So ...Egle ciliata / brevicornis
(the first two seems different, but probable just different lighting when taken the photo or a fresh emerged species and not on full dark color yet , but nice sharp photos!)
