You understood wrong !
This is Campylochaeata:
* tibiae reddish
* top vein straight, not curved
* bristles on face reaching very high up
* ocellar bristle reclinate (! very unusual in Tachinidae)

The last two are L. dubia and your Campylocheta is praecox.
