Pairs like such were abundant yesterday in Pieniny mountains PL. on snow. Small (4 mm), very characteristic bases of the wings. Any ID?

they remember me Orthocladiinae, but i can´t ensure it; it´s not strange to find on snow blackish species, frequently Orthocladiinae or Diamesiinae, but more detalis would help, nice pic |
