Hmmm....I get more a Muscidae Hebecnema feeling.
I don't see any pd setae on t3, but analveins seems to reach to costa..?
And beginning of wings are very yellow.
I don't see it.....bit lost with this fly awkward
Maybe Stephane or Nikita...??
