Yes Cheilosia spp. Is this a recent photo? In which case I would suspect C grossa or albipila, but the hind legs look rather dark for either species. With the dark antennae it's most likely C grossa - a clasic early season hoverfly.

Guess you didn't catch it? Do you have a better picture that shows the face?
This may be Cheilosia griseiventris.
