Confirmation for Cecidomyiidae from Turkey

Hello,
This is today obtained cecidomyiid female from the gall of Rabdophaga strobilina (=rosaria) taken on 22 2 2010 from East Turkey (Bitlis Prov.).
A confirmation is needed for the specific name of Rabdophaga strobilina for the attached female.
