Hi, I found this fly in big numbers in a cave in Northern France. (date: 2 february 2010) ![]() Big version: http://farm3.stat...7563_o.jpg It was present in practicaly all the caves we visited. And just because it is a cool fly, this Leucophenga maculata was also present in the same cave ![]() ![]() ![]() Bye, Jonas |

I guess it will come close to a Heleomyza captiosa. I found it also often in caves

Hi, really H. captiosa, not rare in France, especially in the southern part !
