Anthomyiidae, I think Anthomyia liturata.

The hind tibia look as if they are paler orange brown in basal half, in which case it coould be a female of Anthomyia confusanea Michelsen.

It is yellowish indeed. I will put this specimen aside so You can have a look in future.
