Calypters are very broad and palpen seems large rounded, so i think more about Lispe (Muscidae) Male and a female in love  Joke |

Thanks Joke. I'm not sure she was so in love, but he was very persistent. They were fun to watch, especially as they were struggling against the wind rather.
