A rather Scatopse-like specimen, some 2,4 mm long. What could it be? By mountain brook?

Most likely is Apiloscatopse picea.

Thank You, meanwhile I found a picture of the specimen: the colouration and size and habitat also fits according to my old key. Femora, Tibiae yellowish proximally (just a small piece of it), wing vein brown, body with yellow markings. Aedeagus S-shaped. All as must be

Based on what I can see now I would change my opinion to scutellata, for example based on the tip of the penis, which is plate-like rather than narrow with a subapical hook. Both species are very much alike but are different in genitalia but also in general colouration: more yellowish parts in scutellata. The scutellum is more yellow in scutellata than in picea but in turn the femora in scutellata have more black.
