Hi, I'm starting to 'chew through' my diptera photos, first the smaller families. Hence these Bibio posts Smile Specimens from forest. I think 2 different individuals. Some 8-9 mm.

Looks like B. cf marci; but don't take my word for it.

The tibia are reddish, so it can't be marci.

Yes, second is marci, but clearly different from first.
Not same individual
