Female......I don't have to say more.Grin
But...hindtibia 1av+2ad+2pd and there are not many genus with this combination...and acrostichals row seems broad and strong....
Legs black, antennae black, thorax and abdomen brownish.......could be an Pegoplata sp. or Adia sp.
Shame we can't see more of the palpen and if midtibia also has an av seta+2 posterior seta.
