A 4 mm Mycetophilid from early December at the light in our garden (northwest Germany). Anything possible?

Thanks, but it is *because of* hibernation, that I'm here again... Cool Until the second december week it was so warm here, that I have hundreds of insect photos (including diptera photos...) from that time, many of them still unidentified. Now that there are 30 cm of snow here since Christmas, I'm slowly beginning to finish those up...

Chionea I had only one time in December 2007:
