I would say that it is Hydrophoria silvicola, but to be sure I would need to see the scutellum covered with hairs, lower calypter projecting, and proboscis shining black. None of these are very clear in the photo. |

None of these are very clear in the photo. I have no better picture from proboscis. A foto with a slightly different angel shows scutellum with hairs (at both sides).
