 Hi,
is this Chlorops spec.? Or can the fly be more precisely defined?

209-06-26, Germany, Bavaria, Furth im Wald, own garden

 The scutellum with convex upper side and rather well spaced apical bristles (closely together apical bristles on a flat-topped scutellum on Thaumatomyia) suggest Chlorops. Can´t help any further, though.
