Hello,
could this be Phaonia or is this completely incorrect?

Yes, the "Phaonia bristle" is probably broken, but I think it's Phaonia subventa.

Stephane, is it possible to explain the "Phaonia bristle" (preferably with a pic). I am curious.

It would be nice to be able to recognise a Phanoia

"Phaonia bristle" is the name given to the posterodorsal seta which all Phaonia (except one rare species) have got on the distal third of their hind tibia. Note that other Muscidae can have this pd seta on hind tibia (especially in Muscinae subfamily, but not Helina nor Mydaea which are look-alike of Phaonia).
